Nancy Nguyen
Born and raised in Boston, Nancy Nguyen brings both skill and heart to every patient she cares for. A graduate of MCPHS University Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene, she’s passionate about helping people achieve their healthiest, most confident smiles through personalized, preventive care.
Whether she’s providing a thorough cleaning, tailoring an individualized treatment plan, or walking a patient through their oral health goals, Nancy’s approach is always the same—gentle, educational, and empowering. Her goal is to make every visit comfortable and every patient feel seen, heard, and supported.
At JP Dental, Nancy loves being part of a team that shares her values of collaboration, compassion, and excellence.
When she’s not caring for patients, you can find Nancy exploring Boston’s best coffee shops and restaurants—always on the hunt for her next favorite spot.

Sarah Brien
Sarah is the full-time Dental Assistant at JP Dental, where she partners with Dr. French on everything from routine fillings to complex implant procedures. She’s the go-to expert for radiographs and intraoral scans, ensuring every patient’s visit runs smoothly and efficiently.
With three years of assisting experience and a degree in Biology from Northeastern University, Sarah combines strong clinical knowledge with a passion for patient care. Before joining JP Dental, she gained valuable hands-on experience through Northeastern’s co-op program, where her love for dentistry truly took root.
Since joining the JP Dental team last year, Sarah has brought enthusiasm, precision, and genuine compassion to everything she does. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with patients — helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and informed every step of the way.
Outside the office, Sarah keeps her balance on the tennis court, at yoga class, or spending quality time with family and friends. She’s now continuing to grow in the field she loves and preparing to take the next step toward her dream of becoming a dentist.

Navleen Wu
As the Office Manager, Navleen is the person who keeps everything—and everyone—connected. She makes sure both patients and the team feel supported every step of the way. From scheduling and finances to communication and coordination, Navleen handles the details behind the scenes so the doctors and hygienists can focus on what they do best: caring for patients.
She loves being the bridge between the clinical and the personal—helping patients feel comfortable and confident about their care while supporting her team with organization, encouragement, and positivity. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where everyone—patients and providers alike—can truly thrive.
Navleen studied Art Education at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, bringing creativity, empathy, and a teacher’s heart to her work in dentistry. What drew her to this role was the opportunity to combine education and care—helping people heal, grow, and feel seen.
What she enjoys most is being part of something bigger—a place where the community can come for compassionate care, and where every patient leaves with a smile.
When she’s not at the office, you’ll find Navleen spending time with her husband Justin and their two dogs, Astro and Emi, exploring new restaurants, working out, drawing, or traveling abroad to experience new cultures and cuisines.

Elle DelSignore
At JP Dental, Elle is the guide who makes every patient’s experience seamless—from the first phone call to the moment they see their new smile. She manages all the behind-the-scenes details that make great care possible: scheduling, insurance coordination, billing, records, and finances. Most importantly, she connects patients and the clinical team so every person feels supported, informed, and cared for.
A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Keene State College, Elle holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice. She’s spent the past three years in the dental field, bringing her organization, empathy, and leadership to every part of the patient journey.
What Elle loves most about her work is building relationships—seeing new patients become familiar faces and helping them understand their treatment and insurance with clarity and confidence. For her, making a healthy, beautiful smile attainable for everyone is the best part of the job.
When she’s not helping patients, you’ll find Elle outdoors, reading, skiing, or baking gluten-free treats—and exploring every corner of New England along the way.
